What it is
Our individual therapy primarily involves EMDR, a transformative method aimed at rewiring your brain and helping you process past experiences. Through this therapy, you can learn to experience the present with clarity and calm. We offer a one-on-one, supportive, and nurturing environment where you can work through past trauma and reconnect with your true, confident self.
How it helps
EMDR uses bi-lateral stimulation to rewire your brain and reprocess stuck memories that may be causing you to struggle to be present and affect the health of your body. These memories can encompass past traumas or challenging experiences, which we identify and address together. Once we've pinpointed these memories contributing to your current distress, we guide your thinking and body towards a healthier way of processing and holding these memories.

Consultation

Initial session

Weekly sessions
We'll work together to create a plan, set achievable goals, and embark on your journey to healing. Many find that consistent weekly sessions yield the fastest progress.
Ongoing practise
With dedicated and consistent effort, your symptoms will gradually subside. You'll experience increased self-confidence, deeper connections with yourself and others, and regular moments of joy.
Progress & transition
As you make strides in your healing journey, we'll gradually decrease the frequency of your sessions, moving from bi-weekly to monthly meetings. Our goal is to empower you so that you no longer require therapy indefinitely.
